We will not be held liable for any sensitivity or irritation caused by the accessories purchased from Octelle Studio.
We try to be accurate as reasonably possible in our descriptions and measurements of items available for purchase. However, our items may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the items on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.
Payment Methods
Octelle Studio accepts payment via PayPal. PayPal accepts most globally recognised credit and debit cards (eg. Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc). Kindly refer to PayPal’s website for more information.
We also accept bank transfer, PayNow and PayLah. Details will be given in the check out page, as well as in the order confirmation email.
Delivery
All orders will be processed within 3 business days.
SINGAPORE
Orders will shipped via Singapore Post's trackable letterbox delivery service, which takes about 3 - 5 business days to reach you. Delivery is complimentary for all orders with no minimum spend.
INTERNATIONAL
Standard shipping takes 7 - 14 business days. All international orders will be shipped with a tracking number provided.

Note: It is your responsibility to pay any international taxes, duties and/ or any other fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
Do note that the prices stated on the website are before postage cost, which will be added during the checkout page.
Octelle Studio will not be liable for parcels that are lost or stolen during delivery. We will provide you with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched. No refund or replacements will be provided for lost or stolen items, but we will definitely assist in your search for the lost mail.
Octelle Studio will not be held responsible for any delivery delays due to reasons that may occur during the delivery period. Once packages are sent out, the delivery process will be beyond our control. You may refer to the tracking number provided to track your parcel online.
Order Status
You will receive an email once your order has been received, and another email when it has been dispatched. You can login to your Octelle Studio account (if it has been set up before ordering) and track your order. You will also be notified of the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
During the ordering process, please ensure the accuracy of all orders and that your mailing address provided is wholly accurate. Octelle Studio will not be held responsible for any packages being sent back due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer. All orders will be deemed to be irrevocable and unconditional and we shall be entitled, but not obliged, to process such order(s) without your further consent and any further reference or notice to you.
We will inform you if we are unable to process your order. This might be because the product is out of stock or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or defects in the product. We will refund the full amount paid back to you.
Please complete payment at the moment your order was placed as all unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically after an hour.
Returns
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges due to hygiene reason. Hence, we highly recommend customers to contact us prior to placing an order if you have any questions.
Returns are only applicable on items that are sent wrongly or items with defects, which are unlikely as quality control will be done before delivery. However, should you receive a wrong or defective item, do email us at hello@octellestudio.com with photos of the incorrect item or the defects.
Upon our acknowledgement of the return request, you may proceed to pack the item and send it back via any trackable delivery service. It is compulsory to return items via a trackable service. We will not be liable for any lost return parcels. Return parcels are to reach us within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the items.
Do notify us of the tracking number so we can look out for your return parcel. We will email you after we have processed your item(s) and will refund you the postage fee (to and fro) and the amount that you have paid for the returned item(s).
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original packaging intact.

Setting up of account and Privacy of personal information
You do not have to set up an Octelle Studio account but setting up an account saves you the hassle of filling in your details every time you shop with us. Subscribing to our mailing list also allows you to get first hand, exclusive updates regarding launches and promotions.
We may collect, use and disclose personal data that you provide to us to deliver the items to you, process your payment for the purchased items and to send you newsletters if you have registered for our mailing list. We treat all customers' personal information with utmost confidentiality.
Intellectual Property Rights
Octelle Studio is the owner of of all intellectual property rights in and to the content on www.octellestudio.com, and in the material published on it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, adapt, download, distribute or howsoever deal with any content or material from the website in any form or by any means without Octelle Studio’s prior written permission, and you are solely responsible for obtaining such permission before dealing with any content or material that is available on the website.

We reserve the right to amend the price of any product or any other information on the website at any time without giving any reason or prior notice.
